OK so lets assume The Pellegrino report is out. It values POET at $10 billion,$5 billion whatever. The prospective partner wants to buy. What happens?

Does the partner offer Pellegrino value?

Does the partner offer less.?

Does Poet accept offer, even if less then Pellegrino?

Does POET say to partner wait a minute ,regardless of your offer we're going to see what Mr. Intel or Mr Apple has to offer and start a bidding war?

Whatever the senario (these are just a few) it all may come down to what we, as shareholders, have to say.

Again food for thought as we may very well end up in that position.
