From an investors point of view that knows very little about POET, this is still a very high risk stock that is not making money. There might be a few things here that perk his/her interest but not enough to take the risk. Most serious investors have a very low risk tolerance and would rather pay more with less return than invest in a stock like this. I think the next few news releases will help attract more of these investors and help drive the stock much higher.
