Sure, civilian use of the same products, when accepted, will be significant as well, but if we get 5% of all military licences and 50% of all sublicences then I would think that it could amount to a big number.

It almost has to be since they divided up the commercial and military portions equally.

In essence, the way I read it, we are in this with BAE as equals already, whether we like it or not.
