I have to disagree, Terafly.

The word "could" points out a possibility and also an uncertainty. It denotes something with a probability p where 0 < p < 1. It differs from "will" (p = 1) and "will not" (p = 0).

"Will" and "will not" would be inacceptable in this context; "could" is okay.

Words matter.
