Derek, the other thing is no one tries to max out a technology right away. Look at Apple and their iphones. They release the Iphone 4, then a year later or however long release the 4-s which is essentially the EXACT same phone just with some features unlocked that were already on the original phone.

First chip might be 100, then people will want something faster, so you go to 95, 90, 85 and so forth and so on.

Military of course will be the driving factory for improvements just like Formula 1 is for the car industry.
