Joel, thanks for your post. I did have a question for clarity as I am not up to speed on the research done many years ago. You mention several times "gallium arsenic" and "gallium arsenide" as well. I am wondering if "arsenic" was a typo and you are referring to "arsenide" or were there other arsenic componds that were researched years ago. I just want to ensure we are comparing apples to apples.
