Guys, it's a single transaction. It shows up "double" because Sheldon is a senior officer of the 10% holder (Pinetree).

If you look at the transactions and share count totals directly on SEDI you will see that Pinetree's share balance is increasing, and not Sheldon's personal holdings in his RRSP.
