Joel's insistence that Poet figure out "how to scale it below 40nm" is indicative of very old thinking about chips. It also indicates he has not really "read" Poet's information, as he claims to have done, especially that of Dr. Taylor. Had he done so, he would at least question the continued veracity of having to get to such small sizes.

It's also too bad he considers people making legitimate contact and asking qustions and/or providing information as individuals (or a collective) who are out to pump a company. In my view, we can expect that some other open-minded journalist will "scoop" this story.
