One has to wonder why he conveniently left out of his argument some significant facts.

Still not sure why the time is being wasted on this, other than idle hands (no news).

Either you believe what the company is telling us, and clearly they are telling us that just about every issue JH has ennunciated has been overcome, or you don't.
