Message: Weighing in on POET.

Who's selling and why? continued

Here's who I think are the biggest sellers and why.

Just for instance lets say Investor "A" at an early stage in POET thinks it will make a run and is a good investment. Mr "A" buys a million shares lets just say at $.25 and say a million warrants at $.50.

Mr. "A" couldn't care less about POET or even know what POET is except some of his advisers says he can make money on POET. ,,,HE has a plan that he always uses.

When POET hits $.50 (or a $1 or any figure he has entered into his make money equation) he will put that plan into effect. His warrants at $.50 are now excersiable for the next "say 1 year"

He starts selling his 1 million shares and gradually gets them all sold in his price range (and without causing to much damage to the share price.

He now has all his money he invested returned plus enough to pay for his 1 million warrants if POET takes off like he hopes it will. If not he will let the warrants run out having already make 100% profit on his investment .

I think there are many like that with every stock, every PP and it just has to run it's course.

Has no real lasting affect on us , especially when we're selling our shares at $70.. LOL
