He's a tertiary contact on LinkedIn to me, but there's not much information other than he is (well as of this morning was) a "Manager, Device Test and Sort" at Fairchild Semiconductor.

Not SLT but someone familiar with QA protocols, which builds the business case we are headed to production in my opinion. Why else would PTK hire that skillset?
