I don't know the rest of the answer but Poet was valued at $1b in 2010....and that's before it had the solar problems.

My personal valuation coincides with a SP that's between $40 and $60 based on math/DD/evidence presented by others on this forum.

Maybe you heard the $1b being used in another capacity?
