Not sure how ARM shows you this. These are different times and ARM has been around a long time and was in the $40/share range back in 1999. Also POET will likely turn out to be a major threat to a lot of companies, and in scenarios such as this, threats are often taken out. This is a whole different ball game, and like I said before, we should be looking at what the value of POET could possibly be and not the share price of PTK. PTK may not exist in a few years, or the share structure might change drastically making the share price target a waste of time. The value of the technology is what is important and since there are so many variables that can effect the share price, its not a good measuring stick. One split, share buybacks, major investment by a partner, or a likely buyout makes that $70 target irrelevant.
