In Northern Europe the name Andrea ends in A becuase it is based on Latin, in which 1st declension feminine nound end in A. Its male equivalend is Andrew, Andreus, Anders is the male version becuase the Latin 1st declension masculine noun ends in US.

Leave Andrea well alone.
