NASDAQ can only be a positive. There are funds that won’t be able to buy POET today based on its location due to restrictions in the T+C's of the fund parameters. NASDAQ provides 99.99% accessibility to anyone who wants to buy it.

There must be something else in the release or in the recent news that is taking ANY down.

A NASDAQ listing would be a very positive move.
