Good find deuceman! I suggest everyone read it. As Mazan11 indicated PNP went to the equity markets again instead of selling off some of their winners to put the Debt/Equity ratio back in line with 33% convenant with Equity Financial.

Says alot about PNP's faith in PTK and its potential. I believe PTK will be PNP's saving grace when the end game is at hand.
