...also many funds have a mandate in thier prospectus that they cannot buy OTC or pinksheets. Nasdaq OTC BB (different than OTC) or Nasdaq (main) is better as the companys listed there need to file in the US and provide much more background and financial information. Nasdaq OTC BB (or higher) opens up things up to more funds/sources due this aspect.

My preference would be Nasdaq vs.TSE (due to US factor) but nothing wrong with TSE either.
