In my opinion, the best date to announce the pellegrino Report 2, would be at the beginning of next week. As we know the report would take 3-4 months. That would be inbetween 6.april to 6 Mai. If they present it in the Morning of 28.4 it would look like giving the new investors no chance to react. As well as if the announcment was before, the SP could be much higher on the 28.4. but New investors could read through and diced by then.
