A website renovation or relaunch never requires extended downtimes. It always happens behind the screens on a different system while the old website is still running. When the new website is ready you simply switch between the old and the new system, and that's it. This takes seconds or perhaps minutes, but not hours or days.

The POET website obviously experiences technical problems, as it had in the past several times. Online presence or even online communication do not seem to be POET's top priorities. They still didn't rename their old twitter account @OPELTech, not to speak of using it.
