Message: What would be better, licensing or buyout?

That I know of (though I could be wrong), Canada has no equivalent to UKSA, ShareSoc, ASA, or WFI.

ShareOwner looks like it's a broker-dealer in disguise, SHARE seems like a PAC/lobbyist, and Federation Actif I'm not too sure about either.

Please be careful.

There may be legal and/or tax implications.

I don't want to speculate on what they are.

If this is serious, a lawyer needs to be involved.

I strongly believe it's too early.

We should at least have the new SRP in-hand to review.

(announced in August 16th, 2013 ... where is it?)

GLTA,

  • Adoption of a Shareholder Rights Plan (SRP) – The Company will be structuring a special SRP to protect the potential value of the company, for all shareholders, during the period where discussions with potential partners may be taking place regarding PDA-related agreements, and as progress on the 100NM project continues.
