That's not true, Steve. I don't "want" to charge a member fee and never "wanted". In fact, I like the discussion having moved to an informal association without the need of any legal overhead or fees.

I realise that a shareholders association does not find everyone's applause. Well, that's okay. Let's agree to disagree.
