Given the amount of confidential material in P1 it is likely that they would have to delete a lot of the P2 report as well especially given the current state of development of the PTK "arsenal" as well as the new IP PC referred to in the interview. My preference would be for them to keep it under wraps and use it strategically. They have it already and are probably using it to help with their discussions and financing. My main concerns are:

1) they not dilute us down by doing another share issuance to manage the transition thru licensing

2) Pinetree and IBK etc (40%) make a deal to control and they sell thru or greenmail
