IMO any actual news is always more benefical than the prospect of news to come. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush so to speak.

As such, if it is within POET managments ability to release new news (subject to NDAs) it is in their best interest in terms of wooing the Bay St crowd.

My vote therefore is yes to news. I am concernced however that this expectation is significant and that if no news comes the effect on sp would be negative until new announcements are made.
