Scary that seems to be right and in most cases the halts don't last very long so you wouldn't notice that to much. I don't think Monday morning would be enough time for a halt to give the attendants at the meeting time to digest it so I guess the halt idea is not going to happen and probably no news either at least not Monday morning with no halt, the attendents would also be put at a disadvantage in that case also.
