What struck me in this article is the "time for production ramp-up" diagram showing the implementation time for new designs depending on the structure size. The diagram has no bar for 100 nm, but I would extrapolate to a year or less than a year.

Such a time scale would nicely coincide with POET's first revenue late this year or early 2015, as Peter Copetti predicted in the Midas Letter interview. If I am right, we would see first POET chips in products (or PET chips, to be precise) not later than end of 2015.
