Well here is another article about the breakthrough. The thing it states is that it can not be turned off. So acting like a transisor is an issue. Since you need to switch transistors on and off to speak digitally, it will be used in other specialized areas. It may end up being very complimentary working with POET in future devices. imho. Derek
