Message: New York Times - Wonder How This Plays Against Poet?

Wonderful stuff and, no doubt, could be used for an awful lot of items with these properties. No mention of its semiconducting properties. Could a microprocessor be produced in the next few years, I'd be very surprised without some very solid experimential results. POET's advantage is its here now and addresses today's problem with Silicon. So, yes, maybe over a few years POET might have a rival. Ask one question. What disadvantages does it have as a semiconductor? No mention, may take a while to find out.
