Message: I hope I'm not the only one....

....but I’m starting to become confused by the various entities now being discussed.

We have:

1. POET

2. Main commercial partner

3. Poet Development Alliance (PDA)

4. Partners we are working with under NDAs

5. Potential licensees

6. Parties who have received TDKs under NDAs

I know from the corporate presentation “Once our main commercial partner is named, the POET priorities will be driven by the PDA (POET Development Alliance)”, but what about the partners we are working with, will these form part of the PDA?

Are the parties who have received the TDKs likely to become potential licensees or are they working with us to develop the Poet platform and become part of the PDA or both?

Are the partners we are working with going to pay us a licence fee or are we paying them for their assistance?

What is the role of the main commercial partner? Are they different from partners we are working with?

Who will potential licensees pay, Poet or the PDA?

Would gratefully appreciate a steer on these relationships / organisational structures before this all gets too confusing and we need to learn more acronyms.

TTFN, GLTA, LOL
