The two aren't mutually exclusive. That's why we are paying a PR/IR firm. As someone said, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. If I read all the hype preceeding the EC, this was our big coming out party for the major mainstream investors- and not a scientific forum. IMHO PR blew it big time - leaving the audience lost in the trees and unable to see the forest. As to lasting harm, the depressed SP certainly delays a possile NASDAQ listing and makes a hostile takeover easier. I have no problem with Dr. Taylor's presentation - but the run-up to it was sorely lacking.
