I was always under the impression with several others on here that Andrea was a man. One of my main contacts at the factories I work with in Germany is named Andrea and is a man and many others assume and believe the same. If it were an issue I'm sure he or she would just clarify it. I still don't understand why Andrea hasn't.

Agreed on the other points, celebrating someones return when they never left just makes the situation awkward for everyone and especially Andrea
