Disco68 - I thank you for your response as that was specifically the comment I was honing in on:

You’ve got Pinetree Capital, IBK Capital, Brant Securities, AlphaNorth Investments and the board of directors and senior management also owns about 7% of the company. I think in total, that’s somewhere in the neighborhood of 42% of the float. That’s the best I can give you at this point."

That said, what confuses me about this statement is the mention of "42% of the float". Is this amount on a fully diluted basis? If so, then we better make sure that a shareholder protection plan is unveiled sooner than later. Not too too concerned about this but just something on my mind.
