Rob thx for sharing. I had not seen 60 min but this debate puts a great prospective to the problem. I didn't realize These exchanges physically locate their centres to have access to more current bit/asks than the rest. So it its not just computer programs with sophisticated interpretations on patterns and/or individuals with many screens monitoring prices for penny flips. Interesting times and government regulators have difficulty wrapping their heads around the problem to put regulation in place.
