Hm, they mentioned BAE Systems by name in the news release "POET Technologies Announces Integrated Optoelectronic Infrared Device Fabrication and Industrial Foundry Validation" and even mention Dr. Pane Chao of BAE Systems. So there are at least exceptions to the rule.
