No doubt POET will be superior.

It has been mentioned but deserves to be mentioned again; Moore's Law is not a "law" at all in any physical sense, merely an observation, or conjecture. It states:

the number of transistors on integrated circuits doubles approximately every two years

It proved to be true since 1965 but didn't state whether the law depended on being based on silicon or any other substrate.

So with POET the number of transistors will actually decrease in the 100nm chip (over the number of transistors in say at current 28nm chip) but the clock speed will increase over the same contemporary hardware.

Therefore, Moore's Law must end since the number of transistors will not continue to increase, nor does it need to, with POET.

I'm no tech guru and will appreciate any clarification if required, but that is the way I see it.
