yes, he probably doesnt want to be part of a "stable" working for Intel or Apple. The good doctor has pride and that is a redeeming quality. I think Quantum computing might be so close he can smell it! Maybe THATS what he doesnt want to give away to a giant! Pure speculation on my part, but something to think about!
