I would be surprised if the BoD would go against the will of Dr.T, although theoretically he's the science guy and the rest of the board are the money guys.

If the rest of the BoD decided an offer is worth considering I'm sure they will put their best case forward to Dr.T for his consideration.

Who has the last word remains to be seen.
