I don't believe it is fair to compare POET's cash on hand relative the mega-caps' kicking our tires...essentially, that is a given. In fact, cash will only bring in more vultures, not less. POET has the cash needed for immediate purposes, and that's fine with me.

Given what's at stake, I would not put it beneath an incumbent to play "dirty tricks"....but I believe the BoD has seen most of what could be attemped here. AC himself has been throught he wringer a couple of times and likely won't let that happen again.
