Given BAE's long history with POET and the types of products and services BAE provides would they not likely be one of the first companies to license POET? Or does their inside knowledge create issues for POET or does POET prefer to do initial agreements with other non military parties so they can better leverage the commercial aspects and increase royalty revenues faster?
