Sorry Fairchij, what bombshells?? He made an innocent statement to someone in an email, and that was then posted to a forum. He corrected it, promptly, and the rest was common sense information we already had access to. I'm not sure it's fair to condemn him for that. Surely it is plausible the Partner has asked for this to be delayed until the have verified it, and this was unlikely to be the case with 200nm. P2 is independent of the partner, and therefore doesn't fall under the NDA.
