So if a company has come in and said we want to partner with you but need to work out the nitty gritty under NDA, are Management supposed to say "NO, we need to hold our investors hands who shouldn't even be in this investment in the first place, otherwise they will call for our IR guys head, our CEO's head and anyone else that is "costing them" 10's of thousands of dollars a day because they don't even understand the technology and/or are getting schooled by the MM's"?
Is that what you want? Or should they maybe not worry about the SP at this moment because it's going to get tossed around anyways and focus on what their objectives are. Without revenue this stock could be valued at 1$ or 5$, it wouldn't matter and there's no way for us to know and hence it's the perfect storm for MM's to come in, drive it up, drive it down and rinse and repeat until it's over.
