Yes, PC did state that he is not concerned about the SP.

That statement is one coming from the Interim CEO who knows all the material information and negotiations that are currently work-in-progress and which are not known to the market at this time.

PC also stated that he expects deals in the back end of 2014 and more in 2015.

PC also stated the company is in numerous negotiations with Mega-Cap Tech companies.

PC also stated he expects the SP to go from botton left to top right.

So my interpretation of PC's comment about not being concerned about the SP tells me he is simply very confident about the "Big Picture" and not worrying about volatile fluctuations.

PC made it clear he is confident about the technology, the team he has in place and the future of POET. It is all about execution .... !

So here we are at $1.38 as I write : remember we started the year at $0.52 so we are sitting on a 2.65 multiple YTD (which when, in hind sight, you consider the obvious over-run in the stock, subsequent huge correction and clear manipulation, is still a solid result).

Don't get me wrong, I do not like looking at the current trend as much as everyone else, but I am not selling so it is actually irrelevent to me; longs are in this investment for the end prize.

But at times like this you just need to review the fundamentals and recent NR's and articles and interviews etc; which are full of very positive and bullish information.

Take a hypothetical time warp to let's say the end of June.

If we have MS8, Pellegrino II and some form of PDA announcement within this timeframe, which I am confident will be the case, where do you think the SP will be? I'm not going to put a number on it, no-one could, but it will be much higher than current levels. I do however fully expect the delivery of the above NR's to propel the SP to beyond the all-time high.

In the gran scheme of things that's a small 7 week or so waiting period I can can certainly live with that.

In my mind, the BoD and Tech Team have done an outstanding job to date. Hence I remain confident they will continue to do so.

If they do, and execute well, the outcome for all investors will be well worth the bumpy journey.

Only one (1) PDA announcement with a Mega-Cap will change the course and trajectory of this investment in a way that will impress and please all of us; in fact we should all be ecstatic !

So I wish the BoD all the very best in their continued endeavors to land that first PDA; then the other PDA's will follow and our investment will be on auto-pilot headed north.
