Not likely. There is a lot of stuff going on with this stock that will drive volatility. With positive news on milestones, licensing etc we chould see a lot of action. Someone posted a link today from one of the penny stocks reporting web pages for PTKF. Once the penny stock pumpers start on this on the pink sheets it is likely we will see more action and volatility especially on the PTKF but that could impact PTKV
