I'm not big on the technical analysis stuff (just the basics) but is there a difference between the standard moving avg that most basic charts show and the dma (displaced moving avg)? They seem very similar to me when looking at the charts. Also some charts show the 10, 20, 50, 100, etc.... and some show 21 instead of 20. Any ideas to why the 20 vs 21 ? Thanks in advance!
