Thanks Kooter/Sparkdog, however like I said, I understand moving average basics but kept seeing DMA on this board when most charts/sites I've used call it MA or SMA. Just wanted to confirm you are talking about the same thing. DMA isn't even mentioned in the links provided. Also they don't explain the significance of 21 vs 20 which I haven't been able to find an explanation for. Thanks.
