TR announced today that he has been appointed a Director of the company. On April 28 PTK announced that they had changed IR firms in their news release and included that Chris Chu had moved to TR at the same time (actually seems a prominent part of that NR). I can't find a NR from Taylor announcing Chris' return but it seems appointing him Director is a separate move than him returning to the company.
