If graphene is a great conductor how can it be a great semiconductor? Unless they mean it's a great conductor when it's turned on and a great semiconductor when it is not energized. Is that what you mean by being difficult to turn on and off , especially turning it off if it is such a great conductor?

Just trying to understand with my wee bit of knowledge of electronics.

Didn't Dr. Taylor say success with graphene was some 20 years in the future?
