Many journalists might think "this sounds too good to be true, so it's probably not true." And fearing to lose their credibility when writing about what they consider extremely unlikely or vaporware, they don't dig any deeper.

Well, seems we have to have some more of this patience™ – until the same journalists report about about a deal with a mega-cap.
