Gallium Arsenide Valley doesn't have quite the ring to it as Silicon Valley but I agree it should change. GaAs Valley? maybe not..... for obvious reasons.

In the meantime, I propose "Sili-gone Valley" as an appropriate moniker for a historical placename.
