I was wondering what they would regress value against and think things like:

1) power consumption - how much more would suppliers pay for chips that had 10X less power consumption?

2) robustness and fewer connections

3) size of chip

4) heat generated

5) ease and cost to manufacture

6) supply costs (ie arsenic, gallium)

7) environmental issues for the manufacturer

There probably are other factors that they have but it would seem that the P2 report would probably black out most of the senitivity and regression analysis as disclosure would hurt their negotiating position.
