POET`s Value

Dr. Taylor stated at one point that the market for POET could easily be 10 billion dollars.. Is there some sort of formula that can be used to value POET from this ? EXAMPLE : The value of POET would be 30% of 10 billion dollars or 3 billion dollars.. The value of POET would be 50% of 10 billion dollars or 5 billion dollars.. etc. etc.
